Spain took another step to qualifying for next summer's World Cup finals in the United States, Mexico and Canada with a 2-0 win at home to Georgia on Saturday.
Spain now has three wins with 11 goals scored and none conceded from three games in a group that also contains Türkiye and Bulgaria.
Despite missing several key players, such as Rodri, Lamine Yamal and Nico Williams, Spain dominated the match played in Elche's Martinez Valero Stadium, with the ball hardly out of the visiting team's half.
Mikel Oyarzabal headed over after a smart routine from a corner ended with Pedro Porro's cross from the right.
The opening goal came in the 24th minute when Yeremy Pino scored from close range after Robin Le Normand nodded down Pedri's excellent ball into the Georgia penalty area.
