A court in Britain which heard a Djibouti Govt. case versus, a Djiboutian business tycoon who was once the director of the sea ports authority and the trade preferential area in Djibouti, Mr. Abdirahman Boreh and his firms acquitted Mr. Bore and his companies.
The case between the Republic of Djibouti and Abdourahman Boreh, the former head of the African state's port authority, was winded up this Wednesday (today) at the High Court in London.
Before the court, the lawyers of the Djiboutian Government said they would not oppose the verdict of the court before the trial started this morning. In the allegations set against him by the Djibouti Government, is terrorism.
However the British High Court in London rejected that allegation. The Djibouti Government wanted Boreh's assets in Europe and elsewhere, valued at over $100 million to be frozen, an attempt which couldn't work either.
