(KMSP) - Minnesota recently held the largest ISIS terror trial in the nation. In his first television interview since that trial, U.S. Attorney Andy Luger tells Fox 9's Tom Lyden where we go from here.
One of Luger's main tasks is building (or rebuilding) trust in the Somali community, and creating programs on the ground that would combat radicalization. To begin, Luger discusses the state of terror recruiting since the conviction of three young men, plus guilty pleas from six others.
